I came in for a small metal grinder. One of the Family Members (owner, but don't remember his name), said they don't have a rental, but just their personal one. He let me use it, WITHOUT ANY RENTAL AGREEMENT!!! WITHOUT COST!!! He let me use it. He trusted me??? It's hard to find ANY level of trust like that from a business these days. If you value old-fashioned values like trust and integrity, then you rent from this place.

Rented an excavator to remove some old large stumps. Machine was delivered, explained and gave me no problems during operation. ECR recommended the right machine for the job. Will definitely use them again, renting is better than buying heavy equipment. Picked up a stump grinder today and was very happy with it, so much better than a ⛏️ and shovel. If you only need seasonal or specific equipment - rental is the way to go. ECR will get all my rental business.

We weren’t sure if they would deliver a rental all the way to the Hamma Hamma River area, and they not only said yes, but they didn’t even mention how far away it was like every other contractor we have ever spoken with. The rental process was super easy, everyone we spoke with was very friendly, and when the equipment didn’t work 100% as planned, the owner was quick to answer his phone and help us out. All in all this was a great rental experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
